Our short-term rental management service is fully turnkey: you only need to provide a bank account to receive your earnings. We handle everything else.

  • Fees from 15% of net earnings + cleaning fee, plus VAT

  • We charge on net earnings, not gross
    • Net = amount received after channel fees (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.)

  • Cleaning is charged at cost to the guest
