Experience historic Lisbon in comfort from this stylish and tranquil apartment, centrally located in one of the city's oldest quarters.

While the building retains its historic charm, a complete, high-standard renovation was finished in 2021. This ensures you enjoy modern comforts with none of the hassle often associated with these old buildings in the historic city centre.

The apartment is exceptionally bright and quiet. A defining feature is the floor-to-ceiling double door windows in both the living area and bedroom, which flood the space with natural light, creating a lovely, open feeling - it makes the undulating hillside views an extension of the living area.

For your comfort, the apartment is equipped with a range of modern amenities:

• Air conditioning (hot and cold)
• Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, and microwave
• Coffee machine
• Freshly ground coffee from a local roaster.
• Combination washer and dryer
• Heated towel rack in the clean, white-tiled bathroom
• Dedicated work desk
• Even though the area is quiet we still installed high-grade, double-glazed windows to ensure a peaceful and quiet retreat from the city buzz.

Guest Access:

The building is located on a nice, quiet pedestrian street. It is a short walk (40 meters or so) from the closest taxi drop off point. The apartment is on the 2nd floor with out elevator. Guest will have access to the apartment through the building door. The entrance door to the building and the apartment door are opened using a keypads, so no keys to lose ;-) Guests will be provided with their unique entry code shortly before their check-in day.

Interaction With Guests:

This apartment is owner operated. We (Chiara and Rob) will provide you with our contact details and be available by message or call throughout your stay. We have two young kids (3 and 4 years old), so we prefer that only emergencies are directed our way outside "normal" work hours.

Other Details To Note:

To ensure a comfortable and smooth stay, please note the following important details:

• The apartment is located on the 1st floor of the building (one floor above ground floor)

• There is no elevator. Guests must be comfortable climbing one flight of stairs.

• As the building is on a pedestrian street, the nearest taxi/ride-share drop-off point is a short 40-meter walk away.
